Templafy

Templafy makes a document creation and template governance platform that integrates with Microsoft Office and AI assistants. It is sold as a per-user SaaS subscription under the Templafy SaaS Agreement, with a free single-seat Individual plan.

  1. Templafy's Individual plan is free for one seat with no credit card required; the Team plan is $40 per user per month with a maximum of 25 seats and a 14-day free trial.[1]

  2. The Enterprise plan has custom pricing, with price and seat count based on the enterprise plan.[2]

  3. Under the SaaS Agreement, Templafy grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services during the Subscription Period, and each Service Order specifies the services, period, fees and total number of Authorized Users.[3]

  4. An Authorized User is an individual authorised by the customer to use the Services and for whom access has been purchased.[4]

  5. Unless the Service Order says otherwise, Templafy invoices annually in advance for each 12-month term, with undisputed fees payable within 30 days.[5]
