TeamSpeak Systems, Inc. develops the TeamSpeak voice communication client, self-hosted server software and SDK. It licenses its software under its General Terms and Conditions, alongside hosted community servers, server licences and business/SDK agreements.

TeamSpeak grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use its software, subject to the terms and payment of applicable fees.[1]
Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, rent, lease, sublicense or distribute the software, or interfere with licence checks, except as permitted by law, open-source licences or a written agreement.[2]
TeamSpeak 3 remains supported during a phased transition, with a planned end-of-life targeted for completion by December 31, 2027.[3]
TeamSpeak 6 server licences managed through myTeamSpeak accounts are announced as coming soon; meanwhile a TS6 server beta is available.[4]
Business and SDK solutions, including volume licensing, are priced on contact with sales.[5]
