Synology
Synology Inc. makes NAS and NVR appliances and the DiskStation Manager (DSM) software and packages that run on them, along with client applications for connected devices. Its software is licensed for use with Synology products, perpetually unless a term is specified, with paid licences for capacity beyond included thresholds such as surveillance devices.

The EULA grants a limited, non-exclusive, personal licence to install and use one copy of the Software on a single Synology Product or on a device connected to it, for the period of a term licence or perpetually if no term is specified.[1]
Use of the Software on additional Products beyond a certain threshold is subject to payment of licence fees under Synology's pricing structure.[2]
Individual consumers may use the Software for personal use, and business entities may use it in connection with their internal business operations.[3]
Synology NAS and NVR units come with default Surveillance Station licences; Surveillance Device License Packs are purchased for additional cameras, I/O modules, intercoms, access controllers, IP speakers and transaction devices.[4]
