Synergy App Ltd, formerly operating as Symless, makes Synergy, software that shares one mouse and keyboard across computers on a local network. Personal licences are one-time purchases, while Business and Enterprise licences are sold per seat on perpetual or subscription terms.

  1. The EULA (version 2.2) is issued by Synergy App Ltd, formerly operating as Symless Ltd, Symless Operations Ltd and Symless, Inc.[1]

  2. Synergy 3 for personal use is a one-time payment in three tiers: Lite (up to 3 computers, €15), Plus (up to 5 computers, €19) and Max (up to 15 computers, €29).[2]

  3. A Personal License is licensed to one identified individual who must be the sole user, installer and administrator, and it may not be shared, transferred, resold or deployed by or on behalf of an Organization.[3]

  4. A Business License is required if a company pays for Synergy, reimburses the user, deploys it, manages it or buys it through procurement; one-person businesses are excluded.[4]

  5. One licence covers one Synergy server, the computer acting as the keyboard and mouse host; Business Essential and Advanced are priced per seat and include Synergy 1 and Synergy 3 under perpetual or subscription licensing.[5]

  6. Synergy Enterprise adds site and volume licensing, offline keyless deployment and a custom SLA.[6]
