Signature 365 is a subscription billed monthly or annually, set by number of users, with a free 14-day trial.[1]
Signature 365 assigns a licence to each user and shared mailbox whose email is routed through the service, and to each user of its Outlook add-in, whether or not a signature is added.[2]
Email Signature Manager is licensed per user, counted as individual domain users, and the one-off licence is valid for the purchased version and all point updates.[3]
