  3. The Terms of Service form an agreement with Superhuman Platform Inc., formerly known as Grammarly, Inc.[3]

  4. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for periods of the same length at then-current fees unless cancelled; the services and software are provided on a subscription basis and are not sold.[4]

  5. These Terms do not cover enterprise-tier products sold to organisations through the enterprise sales team, which are governed by the Customer Business Agreement; entities may use the services only for internal business purposes.[5]
