Super Flexible Software GmbH & Co. KG develops Syncovery, a file synchronisation and backup application for Windows, macOS, Linux and NAS devices. Syncovery is licensed per computer, usually as a perpetual licence with a year of major updates.

  1. The trial version of Syncovery can be installed and tested free of charge for 30 days; a purchased licence is needed to unlock the software permanently.[1]

  2. Software licences are perpetual unless explicitly marked otherwise, and activating a licence does not require an Internet connection.[2]

  3. In general one licence is required for each computer system where Syncovery runs; a Single User licence is for one person on one computer at a time and may be used on several computers in alternation.[3]

  4. A Family Pack licence covers private use by members of one household on up to five computers, and a Five-Pack Business licence covers use on up to five computers at the same time.[4]

  5. Minor updates are always free; major updates are included for one year after ordering a perpetual licence and are always included with subscription licences.[5]

  6. A refund can be requested within 30 days of the licence purchase date.[6]
