Softros Systems
Softros Systems makes Windows and macOS networking utilities, including Softros LAN Messenger, Network Time System and LogonExpert. Softros LAN Messenger is sold as perpetual per-user licences or corporate site and worldwide licence kits, with a defined software updates period.

Softros LAN Messenger is licensed per running instance: the number of licences must cover the maximum number of users running it at the same time.[1]
Licences are perpetual and never expire; Softros states this is not a subscription.[2]
Purchases include one year of software updates, extendable to two or three years or lifetime; after the updates period ends, the latest version released during that period can still be used.[3]
Per-user licences have volume price tiers, and corporate licence kits are offered as a Site License covering 300 users and a Worldwide License covering 2000 users.[4]
