novaPDF is licensed as fixed or floating licences, based on computers or users (Fixed Computer, Floating Computer, Fixed User, Floating User).[2]
novaPDF used as a shared network printer, via Remote Desktop or on terminal servers requires a licence for each connecting computer or user that prints to it.[3]
novaPDF has three editions, Lite, Standard and Professional, with only Professional having all features enabled.[4]
