Snare Solutions

Snare Solutions, a division of Prophecy International Holdings, makes the Snare log collection agents and the Snare Central log management platform. Software is licensed on a subscription or perpetual basis for the quantities in the customer's order form, with a free trial available.

  1. Snare is a division of Prophecy International Holdings Ltd (ASX:PRO), which acquired Snare in 2011.[1]

  2. The Snare Terms and Conditions grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, execute or deploy the software for the number of users for which the customer has paid the applicable fees during the term.[2]

  3. A subscription licence fee is an annual fee payable in advance and renews each year unless the customer gives written notice at least 60 days before the end of the contract year; a perpetual licence is a one-time fee due on the effective date.[3]

  4. Customers must keep usage records during the term and for one year after; Prophecy may request a self-assessment to true up licence counts and may have an independent audit firm inspect records on 30 days' written notice.[4]

  5. Snare offers a 30-day trial download, and pricing is provided by quote.[5]
