  • Cloud Connector release and support plan. New Cloud Connector versions are released about monthly; each has End of Mainstream Support (no field support tickets, product still functions) and End of Life (version unavailable and unsupported), and customers should stay within the latest three minor releases (N to N-2). [1]
  • Client Proxy and Secure Web Gateway end-of-life. After a version's announced End of Life date, Technical Support is no longer available for it; customers running an EOL on-premises Secure Web Gateway version must update to the latest main release. [2][3]
