Sitecore Product Support Lifecycle. Support packages for listed Sitecore products run up to 8 years from the general availability date: Mainstream to year 3, Extended to year 6 and Sustaining to year 8; the Extended and Sustaining phases changed from 1 June 2026. [1]
Sitecore Cloud Services Lifecycle. A cloud service's Mainstream Support End Date aligns with the most recent compatible Sitecore product, with at least one year of deprecation notice before a service retires. [2]
Content Hub Support Lifecycle. Content Hub is versionless with releases applied automatically, while legacy versions 4.2 and earlier get limited support. [3]

Foundry 4.0 and later is distributed as a module and follows the support phases of the Sitecore version it is installed on.
