  1. Under the InformaCast Software License Agreement, a license is either perpetual or for a specified period of time, as set out in the order form, and requires a license key from Singlewire.[1]

  2. Singlewire's master terms grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use its SaaS offerings, subject to any user limits in the applicable agreement.[2]

  3. Under Singlewire's master terms, an agreement that does not state its term runs for twelve months.[3]
