Showpad

Showpad provides a cloud sales enablement platform for managing sales content, coaching and buyer engagement, with web, mobile and plug-in clients. It is sold as a subscription licensed per user under its Master Subscription Agreement, with plans quoted on request.

  1. Showpad is licensed on a per-user basis, with customisable packages and additional licence types for adjacent teams.[1]

  2. The MSA grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for Authorized Users during the Subscription Term, limited by the licence type set out in the Sales Order.[2]

  3. Authorized User accounts may be reassigned but not shared, and each Authorized User may access the platform from no more than five unique devices.[3]

  4. Showpad may monitor user counts; if they exceed entitlements, the customer must reduce users or sign an additional Sales Order within 30 days, or be invoiced for the excess users prorated for the rest of the term.[4]

  5. Standard technical support is included during the Subscription Term, with live support for up to three designated support administrators.[5]
