1. The Seequent Product Terms apply to the use, access and licences for all products and associated services developed and distributed by Seequent.^[1]

2. The Product Terms have sections for desktop products, cloud-based products, daily and consumption-based licensing paid in arrears, VOXI, academic licensing and consultants daily subscriptions.^[2]

3. Customers receive a non-transferable right to use the products specified in the contract for its term, and may be invoiced for usage beyond contracted Usage Limits such as the number of Authorised Users.^[3]

4. Support and maintenance for perpetual licences requires advance payment, and customers who let it lapse may have to pay for the lapsed periods or buy a new licence.^[4]

5. Bentley may, on reasonable written notice, have an independent auditor verify compliance, with audit costs passed to the customer if non-compliance is found.^[5]

6. Under a daily licence for Leapfrog Works there is no cap on Authorised Users, but each must have a Seequent ID linked to the customer's daily licence account.^[6]
