SecPod

SecPod Technologies makes the Saner platform for vulnerability and exposure management and remediation across endpoints and cloud. It is licensed for a fixed service period and an agreed number of computers.

Licensing at a Glance

  1. The licence is granted for the agreed term (Service Period) stated in the purchase documentation, and the software may be installed on up to the agreed number of Permitted Computers.[1]

  2. Upgrades and updates are provided only during the licence term; no feature or content updates are provided after the licence period expires unless it is renewed.[2]

  3. Scope of use can be increased during the term by placing a new order, subject to additional fees; renting, leasing, sub-licensing or lending the software is prohibited.[3]

  4. Purchases through an authorised reseller are paid to the reseller, and SecPod may suspend use if it does not receive payment from the reseller.[4]
