Secomea, a Danish company, provides the Secomea Prime secure remote access platform and SiteManager gateways for industrial (OT) equipment. The software is sold on a subscription basis in Essential, Professional and Premium plans with concurrent-user limits.

  3. Under Secomea's general terms, the customer receives a limited, subscription-based, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the services and deliverables within the territory at the sites specified in the agreement.[3]

  4. Secomea's general terms list Monthly Service Fees (subscription), unit price, one-time fee and time-and-material pricing models; monthly service fees are not affected by actual consumption unless the agreement states otherwise.[4]
