The current Clari/Salesloft Master Subscription Agreement applies from February 10, 2026; a prior Salesloft MSA applies before that date.[1]
The agreement lets a customer purchase access to services provided by Salesloft, Inc. and its affiliates, including Clari Inc., through order forms.[2]
During the Subscription Term, the customer and its End Users may use the services only for internal business purposes and in accordance with the agreement and documentation.[3]
Use may be subject to usage limits such as seat, data usage or transaction quantity limitations set out in the order form or documentation, and Salesloft may monitor compliance within the services.[4]
Unless an order form states otherwise, fees are non-cancelable and non-refundable, invoiced in advance and due within 30 days.[5]
