RPMGlobal

RPMGlobal makes mining software for mine design, scheduling, simulation, haulage, operations, asset management and finance, and provides mining training. Products are licensed under its Software License and Services Agreement as perpetual, rental, subscription or SaaS licences counted by users, locations, assets, servers or sites.

  1. RPM grants a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable licence to use the products solely for the customer's internal business operations for the licence term.[1]

  2. Licences are for the number of User, Location, Asset, Server or Site Licences specified in the Product Schedule, and products must not be used on a virtual machine or terminal server where that circumvents the usage restrictions.[2]

  3. User Licences are restricted to a specified number of Concurrent Users, Named Users or Single Users.[3]

  4. RPM may inspect the customer's premises on at least five days' written notice to verify compliance; if usage exceeds the restrictions, the customer must pay additional fees at list price plus the cost of the inspection.[4]

  5. Subscription licences renew automatically for terms of the same duration unless either party gives at least 90 days' notice, and registration files expire at the end of each subscription term.[5]
