Roxio

Roxio is a Corel brand of disc burning, video capture and multimedia software, including Roxio Creator NXT for Windows and Toast for Mac. Roxio products are licensed under Corel's EULA, per device, and business editions are offered through volume licensing programmes.

  1. Roxio Creator, Roxio Toast, Roxio Easy CD & DVD Burning 2, Easy Video Copy & Convert, Roxio VHS to DVD Plus and Roxio LP to MP3 are covered by the software-specific terms of the Corel EULA.[1]

  2. A Subscription or Perpetual Licence for these Roxio products allows one original copy on no more than one Device; reinstalling on a second Device is allowed only if the original Device fails and the software is fully deleted from it.[2]

  3. The licence grant is limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, revocable and non-transferable except as the General Terms allow, and is given for private, personal, individual work-related and non-commercial purposes.[3]

  4. Roxio lists business editions (Creator Enterprise and Toast Titanium Enterprise) and licensing programmes for business, government and educational institutions.[4]
