Recast Software

Recast Software makes Right Click Tools, an extension for Microsoft Configuration Manager and Intune, and Application Workspace (formerly Liquit). Right Click Tools has a free Community Edition and a paid Enterprise Edition licensed on renewable subscription terms.

  1. Recast grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited licence to use the software for internal business purposes only, without the right to sublicense.[1]

  2. Right Click Tools Community Edition is the free version; Enterprise Edition is the paid upgrade, and after an Enterprise subscription expires the customer may continue using the Community Edition.[2]

  3. Subscription terms renew automatically for further 12-month terms unless either party gives 45 days' notice, and renewal pricing increases by 5 percent over the prior term unless other notice is given at least 90 days before the term ends.[3]

  4. Fees are invoiced in advance, annually or as specified in the sales order, and are non-cancellable and non-refundable; pilot licences run for 30 days at no charge.[4]

  5. Customers may not transfer, assign or sublicense their licence, or use the software to perform services for third parties without Recast's written authorization.[5]

  6. Liquit, now Application Workspace, was acquired by Recast Software and retains its own terms of use and end user licence agreement.[6]
