RapidFire Tools

RapidFire Tools, part of Kaseya, makes IT assessment and risk tools including Network Detective Pro, VulScan, Cyber Hawk and Compliance Manager GRC. The products are licensed as Kaseya service subscriptions for a committed term, counted per Site for MSPs and per Device for internal use.

  1. Compliance Manager GRC, Network Detective Pro, Cyber Hawk and VulScan are governed by product terms of use that are incorporated into the Kaseya Master Agreement or other master agreement with the Kaseya entity the customer buys from.[1]

  2. Kaseya grants a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable, non-exclusive licence to use a product during the subscription's Committed Service Term for the number of Licenses specified in an Order.[2]

  3. All rights to use the products depend on a valid, paid Service Subscription whose term is a defined number of consecutive months stated on the Order, starting on the Activation Date.[3]

  4. MSPs that buy the products to serve clients are licensed per Site, while customers buying for internal personnel are licensed per Device assigned to a Site, in amounts set on the Order.[4]

  5. The right to use any Agent Software ends when the associated Service Subscription terminates, and Kaseya may delete Reports and other subscription data 30 days after termination.[5]
