Printix

Printix, now part of Tungsten Automation, provides a cloud-based, serverless print management service and the Printix Capture add-on. It is sold as a per-user subscription on monthly or annual plans, with a one-month free trial.

  1. All Printix plans include all features and integrations with unlimited printers, devices, pages and locations; the Starter plan is priced per user per month for 15 to 50 users and billed monthly by credit card.[1]

  2. The Monthly Business plan is postpaid, variable pricing based on the number of active users registered in the preceding month, while the Annual Business plan is discounted and prepaid for the nominated active users.[2]

  3. Education plans are based on the number of administrative staff and faculty given access to Printix, and students are free once a staff subscription is active.[3]

  4. A Printix subscription starts with a free one-month trial; customers can start paying by adding a credit card during the trial, and annual subscriptions are quoted by sales.[4]

  5. Printix offers a discount to verified non-profits and charities, and partners can obtain a Not for Resale licence.[5]
