- Software End of Life Policy. Perforce defines General Availability, End of Maintenance, End of Maintenance and Support and End of Sale milestones and publishes the dates per product version on its support portal. [1]
- EOL Reference Table. After EOMS, Perforce offers only limited support (basic troubleshooting) and no security fixes or patches; extended maintenance and support may be sold for a fee. [8]
- Latest / Latest-1 support model. Puppet Enterprise releases after 2026-08-05 get full support for 12 months from GA or until a new major version, then 12 months of limited support. [3]
- Legacy LTS support model. Puppet Enterprise 2023.8.z is the final LTS release, with a two-year maintenance period plus a six-month overlap of support. [3]
