PDQ

PDQ.com Corporation makes Windows and macOS endpoint management software, including the cloud-based PDQ Connect, the on-premises PDQ Deploy & Inventory and SmartDeploy. PDQ Connect is subscribed per device per year, while Deploy & Inventory is subscribed per named administrator per year.

  1. PDQ Connect is priced per device per year (Basic $12, Plus $18, Premium $28) with a 100-device minimum and volume discounts.[1]

  2. PDQ Deploy & Inventory costs $1,950 per admin per year with no licence sharing; access to product updates and the Package Library requires a current subscription, and a 14-day free trial is offered.[2]

  3. Unless an Enterprise SL License is granted, PDQ Deploy and PDQ Inventory are licensed per Administrator for internal business purposes only, each product needing its own licence per Administrator; a licensed Administrator may install consoles on as many of the customer's computers as reasonably necessary.[3]

  4. Licences are not seats or floating licences: unselected individuals may not use the software even at different times on the same computer, though a departing Administrator may be replaced after the software is removed from their devices and PDQ is notified.[4]

  5. PDQ may audit and inspect the customer's records, at its expense, on at least 30 days' notice and no more than once per year, and may audit systems within six months after the term ends to confirm removal of its software.[5]
