OneStream

OneStream makes a corporate performance management platform for financial close and consolidation, planning, reporting and finance AI. It is sold as a SaaS subscription under the OneStream SaaS Agreement, with User privileges specified in Order Schedules.

  1. Under the SaaS Agreement, the customer may make the Service available to Authorized Persons during the Applicable Term solely for its own or its Affiliates' internal business operations.[1]

  2. A "User" is defined as privileges granted to an Authorized Person to use a Solution, as specified on an Order Schedule; User privileges may be reallocated among Authorized Persons provided this does not allow more than the licensed number of Users.[2]

  3. Unless either party gives notice at least 60 days before the end of the term, the Service automatically renews for additional three-year periods, with annual price increases of the greater of 5% or the increase in US CPI.[3]

  4. OneStream publishes dated versions of its SaaS Agreement and SaaS exhibits (security terms, data processing terms, AI terms, service limits and solution description guides) in a commercial terms archive.[4]
