NSSM
NSSM (the Non-Sucking Service Manager) is a Windows service helper that runs applications as services and restarts them if they fail. It is released into the public domain.

NSSM is public domain: it and its source code may be used unconditionally for any purpose.[1]
The latest release is nssm 2.24 (2014-08-31); pre-release build 2.24-101 (2017-04-26) or newer is recommended for Windows 10 Creators Update and later.[2]
The 32-bit and 64-bit versions are compiled from the same source code.[3]
NSSM monitors the service it runs, restarts the application if it dies, and logs its progress to the Windows Event Log.[4]
