Newforma

Newforma makes project information management software for architecture, engineering and construction firms, including Newforma Project Center, Konekt and ConstructEx. Its products are licensed for a subscription term to a set number of authorised users under product-specific terms and conditions.

  1. During the Subscription Term, Newforma grants the customer and each Authorized User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to download, install and use the Service, as specified in the Order Form.[1]

  2. Customers may install the Application on additional servers or increase the maximum number of Authorized Users during the Subscription Term by submitting an additional Order Form.[2]

  3. Subscriptions renew automatically for the shorter of the initial term or one year; notice of non-renewal must be given between 90 and 30 days before the end of the term.[3]

  4. Renewal fees are charged at Newforma's then-current list price unless otherwise agreed in writing.[4]
