NetSupport

NetSupport Ltd makes remote control, classroom management and IT management software, including NetSupport Manager and NetSupport School. Its software is sold as perpetual licences for a specified number of devices under the NetSupport EULA.

  1. Subject to termination, the licence is perpetual and grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the specified version acquired.[1]

  2. Volume use terms in the order acknowledgement, invoice, licence certificate or packaging set how many devices the software may be installed on; the customer must have a reasonable mechanism so installs do not exceed licences.[2]

  3. Where more devices or seats can connect than licences held, the customer must have a mechanism to keep use within the licensed limits.[3]

  4. The software may not be rented, leased or otherwise transferred, except that the original copy may be sold or given away if no copies are kept.[4]
