Netop
Netop develops secure remote access software, including the Netop Self-Hosted Portal, for regulated and critical-infrastructure environments. Its software is provided as a subscription-based right of access defined by an order.
Licensing at a Glance
- Subscription
Netop grants a limited, non-exclusive right of access to use the software in executable form, for the customer's internal operations, during the term, territory, eligible entities and authorised end-users specified in the order (the Subscription).[1]
Unless an order states otherwise, the Subscription replaces and supersedes all licences and rights of use previously granted for Netop software or services.[2]
The software is provided as a subscription for right of access and is not sold; on termination the customer must remove and uninstall all instances of the software.[3]
Customers may not resell the software unless they have a valid, executed Reseller Agreement with Netop.[4]
Netop may require customers to update to the latest release, and customers must promptly install versions identified as security releases.[5]
