Nagios Enterprises makes IT infrastructure monitoring software: the open-source Nagios Core engine and the commercial Nagios XI, Log Server, Network Analyzer and Fusion. Nagios XI is licensed by node count in Standard and Enterprise editions, with a free small-scale option.

Nagios XI plans are based mainly on the node count of the licence, where a node (host) is any unique IP address or web URL.[1]
A free Nagios XI licence covers 7 nodes or 100 services, whichever is reached first, and does not include support.[2]
Nagios XI Standard is listed from $2,595 for 100 nodes and Enterprise from $4,690 for 100 nodes, with higher node tiers up to 1,000 nodes and larger deployments by quote.[3]
Nagios Log Server is licensed by number of instances, Nagios Network Analyzer has a single licence option with no user limit, and Nagios Fusion is listed at $995.[4]
Nagios Core is distributed under the GNU General Public License version 2.[5]
