MRI Software
MRI Software develops property management, accounting, investment management and workplace software for commercial and residential real estate. Its master agreement covers both perpetual and term software licences and SaaS subscriptions.

MRI's master agreement distinguishes perpetual licences to MRI Software from limited-term software licences and SaaS Services.[1]
SaaS Services renew automatically for the same length as the initial term unless either party gives written notice at least 60 days before the end of the current term.[2]
During the agreement and for one year after termination, the client must keep records allowing MRI or an independent auditor to verify compliance on 10 calendar days' written notice; if non-compliance is found, the client reimburses the reasonable cost of the audit and pays fees owed.[3]
For MRI OnLocation, each tenant in a multi-tenant site needs its own licence.[4]
