Movavi Software Limited makes consumer and business multimedia software such as Movavi Video Editor, Video Converter and Screen Recorder. Its software is sold as Personal, Business and educational licences, including subscriptions, under the Movavi EULA.

  1. The Personal licence permits use on one individual user account or one computer unless the purchase order says otherwise; the software is licensed per computer, not per user, site or company.[1]

  2. The Business licence is for internal corporate and commercial use by a company, is not transferable to another organization or affiliate, and unless otherwise provided permits operation on a single computer.[2]

  3. Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged at the then-current rate for each billing period unless terminated.[3]

  4. Personal licences do not allow commercial use, except monetized YouTube videos that credit Movavi and link to movavi.com; educational, nonprofit and governmental licences are limited to non-commercial use.[4]

  5. Using one licence on multiple devices at the same time requires Shared Access, and moving the software to another computer is done through a licence transfer via Support.[5]
