Mobolize

Mobolize makes the Data Management Engine, endpoint software for DNS threat protection, traffic encryption and Wi-Fi/cellular bonding on mobile devices and PCs. It is supplied to security companies and communication service providers as private-label apps or an embedded SDK, with end users bound by Mobolize app terms.

  1. Mobolize describes itself as exclusively a partner-first technology company that delivers private-label solutions, either as a fully partner-branded application or as an embedded SDK.[1]

  2. The Mobolize Terms of Service grant the end user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and install a copy of the application on their mobile device, subject to compliance with the terms.[2]

  3. Users may not reverse engineer, decompile, distribute, license, sell, transfer or create derivative works of the Mobolize Service, and Mobolize may offer premium applications or services under different terms and narrower licences.[3]

  4. Users can cancel the Mobolize Service at any time by unsubscribing from the app's main screen; when the account is terminated, all licences granted under the terms end.[4]
