MindManager

MindManager (formerly Mindjet) makes mind-mapping and visual planning software for desktop, web and Microsoft Teams, published by Corel Corporation. It is sold as annual subscriptions, a one-time purchase option and Enterprise licences for organizations.

  1. The pricing page lists Essentials (web version, per year), Professional (per year), a one-time purchase option, and Enterprise priced per user per year for teams, enterprises, governments, nonprofits and educational institutions.[1]

  2. MindManager is covered by the Corel EULA, with software-specific MindManager terms that apply to all MindManager versions except MindManager Enterprise.[2]

  3. A MindManager licence term is either a Subscription Term, ending on the expiry date in the License Certificate, or a Perpetual Term.[3]

  4. Under the software-specific terms, a licence allows installation on no more than one desktop or laptop computer, or running the software from authorized online sources in a browser.[4]

  5. The software-specific terms grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for private, personal, individual work-related and non-commercial purposes.[5]

  6. MindManager Enterprise is designed for teams of five or more, and separate licensing programs are offered for government and public service, education and nonprofit organizations.[6]
