MindGenius

MindGenius Ltd makes mind-mapping and project planning software, sold as the browser-based MindGenius Online and the Windows application MindGenius Desktop. Both are licensed per seat on a yearly or monthly subscription, with a free trial.

  1. MindGenius Online is priced per seat, on an annual plan (quoted at £100 per seat per year) or a monthly plan; volume discounts apply only to annual billing from 11 seats up, and an Enterprise option covers 25+ seats.[1]

  2. MindGenius Online has a 14-day free trial with no card required; if the user does not subscribe, the account becomes a free single-project plan instead of switching off.[2]

  3. MindGenius Desktop is a separate, Windows-only product with its own licensing.[3]

  4. MindGenius Desktop is sold as a yearly licence that includes future releases, in a Standard build with no AI (MindGenius 20) or a build with AI (MindGenius AI).[4]

  5. Each person who uses MindGenius Desktop needs a licence; the desktop app works offline apart from a bi-weekly licence verification.[5]
