MetaCompliance
MetaCompliance provides security awareness training, phishing simulation and compliance management as online services. They are sold as user subscriptions for a subscription term under its commercial terms.

MetaCompliance grants the customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right, without the right to sublicense, for its Authorised Users to use the Services during the Subscription Term for internal business operations.[1]
Fees are charged for User Subscriptions; additional User Subscriptions can be bought during the term, and fees for mid-term purchases are pro-rated.[2]
The customer must keep an up-to-date list of Authorised Users and allow MetaCompliance to audit the number of User Subscriptions no more than once per quarter; underpayments found by an audit must be paid within 30 Business Days.[3]
The Subscription Term renews automatically after the Initial Subscription Term in rolling 12-month Renewal Periods unless either party gives written notice.[4]
MetaCompliance publishes separate, dated terms, data processing agreements and specifications for each contracting entity, including MetaCompliance Ltd, MetaCompliance Ireland Ltd, MetaCompliance GmbH, MOCH A/S and Junglemap.[5]
