Solstice Gen 3 support status. Security patches and maintenance updates for Solstice Gen 3 device software continue through 2029, after which they end; 2029 is the final year to open technical support cases for Solstice devices and their software. [1]
Solstice software access. If a Solstice subscription lapses, installed software keeps running but access to new releases, security patches and technical support ends; reinstating the subscription does not extend the published end-of-support dates. [1]
