  1. MEGA offers Pro plans for one user and Business plans for three or more users with user management, each with monthly or yearly billing.[1]

  2. Users who comply with the Terms receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide licence to access and use the services in line with their subscribed plan.[2]

  3. Recurring subscriptions renew indefinitely, monthly or annually, unless cancelled before a renewal date.[3]

  4. EU residents may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase; outside the EU, Brazil and South Korea, purchases are final and non-refundable unless law or an offer provides otherwise.[4]

  5. The Terms prohibit reselling access to the services without prior written consent and opening multiple free accounts; a free account inactive for over three months may be terminated after notice.[5]
