LVBPrint

LVBPrint is a German developer of Windows printing tools, including PrintMulti for sending one print job to several printers or files, SPLViewer, GSBatchPrint and ZUGFeRD-Composer. PrintMulti is free on client operating systems and needs a paid licence per server, while the other tools are freeware, with GSBatchPrint released under the MIT licence.

  1. ZUGFeRD-Composer, GSBatchPrint and SPLViewer are freeware with no cost for use.[1]

  2. PrintMulti needs a server licence for each Windows Server installation, physical or virtual, priced at 200 euros per licence plus VAT; on a client operating system all functions are freely available.[2]

  3. Licences bought for PrintMulti version 1.x remain valid for version 2.x, and dealers receive a discount when they name the end customer.[3]

  4. The PrintMulti licence agreement (version 2.0.0.5 and later) allows free use on any number of Windows client computers, even as a print server, permits test installations on servers, keeps the logging function free on all systems, and allows redistribution with the licensee's own software.[4]

  5. GSBatchPrint is available under the MIT licence with its source code on GitHub.[5]

  6. ZUGFeRD-Composer is closed-source software that may be used free of charge on any number of computers and passed on unchanged.[6]
