LexisNexis, a division of RELX, provides legal research services and legal practice software such as Lexis for Microsoft Office and Juris. Its software is licensed by subscription for a set number of authorized users and term, with Juris also offered on perpetual terms.

Lexis for Microsoft Office is licensed on a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable basis, subject to the number of Authorized Users and the Term set in the customer's addendum.[1]
Licensees may not give anyone other than their Authorized Users access to the software, and must remove all copies when the Term expires.[2]
Support, including 24x7 telephone product support, is provided as part of the Lexis for Microsoft Office subscription during the Term.[3]
LexisNexis publishes separate Juris subscription, Juris perpetual software and Juris maintenance and support agreements, and use of any product is subject to the customer's services agreement.[4]
