Lakeside Software

Lakeside Software makes SysTrack, a digital employee experience and endpoint analytics platform that collects data through an agent on each machine. SysTrack Cloud is offered as a subscription service under the SysTrack Master Services Agreement, with the agent software licensed per machine or end user for the subscription term.

  1. Lakeside grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the SysTrack Cloud subscription service for the subscription term solely for the customer's internal business use.[1]

  2. The agent software is licensed for the subscription or order form term, and the customer must purchase licences for every machine or end user on which it operates the agent software.[2]

  3. Order forms renew automatically for periods equal to the initial subscription term at Lakeside's then-current rates unless either party gives written notice of non-renewal at least 30 days before expiry.[3]

  4. On-premise deployments of the software are subject to separate On-Premise Product-Specific Terms set out in an exhibit to the agreement.[4]
