KnowledgeSync

KnowledgeSync is business alerting, KPI monitoring and workflow automation software for ERP, CRM and HR systems, now provided by ECI. It is licensed under ECI terms for use during a term that renews automatically, with licence limits set in each order form.

Licensing at a Glance

  • Subscription

  1. The KnowledgeSync terms are issued by ECI Solutions Pty Ltd and grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the software only for the customer's internal information management and data processing during the Term, subject to the licence limits in an Order Form.[1]

  2. The initial term is 30 days from the Order Form date; the agreement and Order Forms then renew automatically on the same conditions, and either party may terminate with at least 30 days' prior written notice.[2]

  3. ECI may audit use of the software during the Term, including by electronic means; physical audits are limited to once a year at ECI's expense, during business hours, with at least 10 business days' notice.[3]

  4. Customers may not sublicense, resell, rent, time-share or otherwise make the software available to third parties, and may not assign the agreement without ECI's prior written consent.[4]

  5. Support is provided while the customer has a current subscription, and is delivered by the reseller when the software was bought from a reseller that offers support.[5]
