KeyShot

KeyShot (the company formerly known as Luxion) develops KeyShot Studio 3D rendering and visualisation software and the KeyShot DAM platform. KeyShot Studio is sold as per-user subscriptions in Professional, Business and Enterprise plans, with paid add-ons and pay-as-you-go cloud rendering credits.

  1. KeyShot Studio is offered in Professional, Business and Enterprise plans billed annually or every 3 years; Professional is an individual seat, while Business and Enterprise provide transferable individual seats with centralized seat management.[1]

  2. KeyShot Cloud Rendering is paid with prepaid KeyShot Credits on a pay-as-you-go basis, where 1 credit equals 1 GigaSample of render compute; failed jobs are refunded.[2]

  3. KeyShot Studio for Education is available only to eligible full-time students and faculty for learning purposes, and files created in the EDU version will not open in any other KeyShot version.[3]

  4. The KeyShot Studio 2026 EULA licenses the software from KeyShot ApS, a Denmark corporation; the licensee may not share subscription login credentials with third parties and may not rent, lease, network or electronically transfer the software between computers over a network.[4]

  5. KeyShot works with ITCA as its authorised representative for license-compliance matters, including investigating unauthorised use and license overuse.[5]
