JKI is a LabVIEW software consulting company that develops VIPM (VI Package Manager) and other LabVIEW tools. VIPM is offered as free editions and as a paid Pro edition with a non-expiring licence, plus enterprise site licensing.

VIPM Enterprise is a VIPM Professional site licence customized to the company's needs, with private team package repositories.[4]
Use of JKI software is governed by the JKI Software License Agreement for the particular product, which prevails over the site terms of use.[5]
