iZotope
iZotope makes audio plug-ins and applications for mixing, mastering and audio repair, including Ozone, Neutron, Nectar and RX. Products are sold as licences for individual products and bundles, and as monthly or yearly subscriptions.

The software licence agreement is granted by Boris FX and allows use of the software on any one computer at any one time, stand-alone or on a network.[1]
An additional licence is required for each additional concurrent user; software counts as in use when loaded into memory.[2]
Software bought on a monthly or yearly subscription is additionally governed by the Subscription Terms, which take precedence for subscribers.[3]
The licensee may permanently transfer the licence if the agreement, the software and all prior versions are transferred, no copies are retained and the recipient accepts the terms.[4]
A subscription starts on the date of trial enrolment or purchase and renews automatically unless specified otherwise at the time of purchase.[5]
