ISL Online
ISL Online makes remote desktop and remote support software offered as a cloud service, a self-hosted server licence or a managed private cloud. Paid plans are annual subscriptions, and most are sized by concurrent users.
Licensing at a Glance
- Subscription
- Concurrent user
- Named user
The number of licences purchased sets the maximum number of concurrent users; a concurrent user is anyone running one or more sessions at the same time from any device.[1]
Plans are Starter (1 licensed user, 10 managed devices), Standard (40 licensed users, 1000 managed devices), Premium, Self-Hosted and Enterprise, with a free 15-day trial; Standard, Premium and Self-Hosted are priced per concurrent user per year.[2]
Premium, Self-Hosted and Enterprise plans offer unlimited licensed users and managed devices subject to fair-usage limits, initially 55 licensed users and 5000 managed devices.[3]
The Enterprise Managed Private Cloud is offered with a Hard Limit (technical cap on simultaneous users) or a Soft Limit (no technical cap, with a monthly fee based on the usage report); both start at 20 concurrent-user licences.[4]
Some plans renew automatically for another subscription term of the same length unless auto-renewal is disabled, with notice at least seven days before the charge and at least 30 days before any price change.[5]
