Isabel NV/SA is a Belgian provider of multibanking, secure data exchange and fraud monitoring services, best known for the Isabel 6 multibanking platform. Isabel 6 is billed monthly per active user, with modules and options charged separately under Isabel's rate cards.

  1. Isabel 6 is a multibanking platform that consolidates account information and payment capabilities from over 500 banks via 20 partner banks and can be integrated with existing software.[1]

  2. Isabel 6 licence fees for a new user are billed from the month after the user is created, and a deactivated user is billed for the whole month in which the user is removed.[2]

  3. Licence fees for Isabel 6 modules and options, such as additional banks, are billed from the month in which they are activated and for the whole month in which they are deactivated; hardware and service fees are billed in the month of delivery.[3]

  4. New rate cards for Isabel 6, Isabel Connect, Isabel Corporate Synchroniser and Isabel Export Account Information apply from 1 August 2025, together with revised General and Special Terms and Conditions; since 1 June 2025 rate cards are published only in the customer portal.[4]
