IrfanView is a graphics viewer for Windows written and owned by Irfan Skiljan. It is freeware for private, non-commercial and educational use; business and commercial use requires a paid, perpetual user or device licence.

  2. IrfanView is free for educational use (schools, universities, museums, libraries) and for charity or humanitarian organisations, including fire departments and national park services.[2]

  3. Purchased user/device licences are perpetual, worldwide, fully paid-up and non-exclusive, for internal business purposes only.[3]

  4. A single licence is listed at US$18.00 or EUR 15.00, with discounts for 11 or more licences; the licence is valid for all 32-bit and 64-bit versions.[4]

  5. The EULA prohibits distributing, renting or sub-licensing the software without the author's written consent, and prohibits modification, decompilation or reverse engineering; an authorised transferee must accept the licence terms.[5]
