Insight Numerics

Insight Numerics makes fire and gas mapping and CFD dispersion software, including Detect3D and in:Flux. Its software is leased as time-limited network seat licences.

  1. Detect3D is licensed on a network seat basis, with licences available in 12, 6, 3, 2 and 1 month durations.[1]

  2. A Detect3D "Viewing Mode" for viewing project files does not require a licence, and licence fees include technical support and version updates.[2]

  3. in:Flux is leased for 1, 2, 3, 6 or 12 month periods; its network seat licence can be used by anyone in the organization without geographic or office restrictions, but by only one person at a time.[3]

  4. ifx:Solve, used to distribute simulations across machines, is licensed separately as floating network seats, one seat per solving machine.[4]
